The World's Greatest Stretch | Improve Full Body Mobility In Just 5 Minutes!
This stretch is currently one of my top mobility routines. I've been doing it everyday so I can improve on my hip mobility and the deep squat. It's a full body stretch and that's why I love it!
The stretch includes:
- Hip Hinge
- Calf Stretch
- Hip Flexor Stretch
- Quad Stretch
- Thoracic Spine Rotation
- Deep Squat
As you can see...it includes a little bit of everything. Try it first thing in the morning, as a mid day break, or at the end of the day. Really focus on each movement, spend a little more time on those tougher positions, keep your head and neck in an optimal position, and make sure to really work that t-spine! Oh, and don't forget to BREATHE!! This exercise is harder than it looks! Give it a shot and let me know what you think!
